Introduction To Running Course

An event every week that begins at 6:45pm on Thursday, repeating until 21st November 2019
Would you like to get fit or try something new?
Please get in touch to see how we can start you on your way to a healthier lifestyle. This course is organised for people who are new to running, or getting back into it.
Friendly atmosphere and group leaders who will help you reach your goal. The course is free for everyone, all that is required is your time, dedication and enthusiasm, (and a pair of trainers)!
When: 10 weekly sessions commencing Thursday 19th September 2019 6.45pm.
Where: New Barnet Leisure Centre 1 Lawton Road, Barnet EN4 9BS
