Mindfulness – 5 Week Course

An event every week that begins at 6:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until 13th February 2019
Chickenshed is delighted to be hosting a new series of classes in mindfulness from January 2019.
Our modern day, technology-fuelled lives leave us with less and less time to pause, reflect and quieten our minds. Mindful practice has been proven to help not only relaxation, but can actually change the physical make up of our minds, thus enabling us to engage the higher functioning and more logical parts of our brains.
If you feel that you could benefit from some time out for your own wellbeing, mindfulness could just be the right thing for you.
The five week course will explore mindfulness, the tools and techniques alongside the theory behind it.
