Friary Park Junior Parkrun
It is a 2k event for juniors only (4 to 14 year olds). Please register before your first visit. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in the Friary Park Bowls Club - please come and join us!

Come join the group for a great three mile circular route starting and ending at the tube station. We take a slow walk down and around the back streets of the area, whilst having a nice relaxing walk and talk.

Oak Hill Parkrun
Free weekly timed run around Oak Hill Park starting at 9am. Please register before your first run and you only need to register once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. All details are on website. Meet by the tennis courts / bowls club close to the car park for the briefing and runners walk to the start together. Why not have a post run coffee in the Oak Hill Café and meet other runners at this friendly event?

Tennis group coaching for adult players, under coaching of a professional coach. Sundays at 4.30 to 6pm at Totteridge Tennis Club. Cost is £14 for one hour and half, but just £5 for your first session. Please email tennisgift@gmail.com if you like to attend.
