Free Outdoor Yoga
This free outdoor Yoga class will usher in the working week with sunshine in our step and a calm and relaxed swagger about ourselves! 😉 Suitable for all practitioners, beginners to advanced, expect a lazy Sunday summer evening practice amongst friendly faces. Once you have booked we will send you a pin of the location by Whatsapp and a googlemap link by email. Advanced registration necessary. Bring your own mat/props.

This gentle walk in green spaces lasts one hour and is FREE to everyone. All ages very welcome. Whether you used to enjoy walking but have lost your fitness or want to get started to improve your wellness, we’re all in it together. We’re a friendly bunch so you’ll get the warmest of welcomes. Everyone walks for their own reasons, whether to ward off illness, manage health conditions, or boost their wellbeing. Yet we all get more out of it by walking together.
